Do I need prior DiSC experience to become certified?

No prior DiSC experience is required. You complete your own Everything DiSC assessment on the first day of the course as part of the programme, so you experience the tool as a participant before learning to facilitate it for others.

What Is Everything DiSC Certification?

A holistic DiSC experience that teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through applications and activities — not a theory course, but a practical preparation for facilitating DiSC with real people.

The Two-Week Timetable

Ten days, alternating between self-directed online activities and live instructor-led sessions. Around 10 hours of self-directed work per week, plus four two-hour live classroom sessions.
