For practitioners who run The Five Behaviours regularly and would rather issue and manage profiles themselves. EPIC is Wiley's administration platform for Five Behaviours assessments. Eligibility, any account costs and ongoing purchasing terms depend on your situation, so we'll talk them through with you.

Buying profiles for a client
Choose Team Development for an intact client team, or Personal Development for a cohort or programme. Prices are shown with and without VAT before you buy.
Invitations and completion monitoring
On the Mission-managed route, we send assessment invitations and monitor completion. Once everyone in your team has completed their assessment, we send the reports together in one bundle. Plan your client session for after the whole team has completed.

Preparation and familiarisation
New to the model or the reports? Ask us about familiarisation support before your first client session. It's practical preparation, not a formal Five Behaviours certification.
Supplementary reports
Comparison Reports can be created for any two people with a Five Behaviours Team Development or Personal Development profile. Progress Reports help a Team Development team see how it has changed since it was last assessed. Ask us before you plan either into a programme.

Questions from consultants and facilitators
Is the profile I buy as a consultant different from the one on the product pages?
No. Consultants, facilitators and organisations all buy the same Five Behaviours Team Development and Personal Development profiles, at the same prices. What changes is how the profiles are administered for your client.
When will I receive my client team’s reports?
On a Mission-managed Team Development order, we send assessment invitations and monitor completion. Once everyone in your team has completed their assessment, we send the reports together in one bundle. Leave enough time for everyone to complete before your workshop date. If you administer profiles through your own EPIC account, you manage invitations and reports within that account.
Can I have my own EPIC administration account?
Practitioners who run The Five Behaviours regularly may be eligible to manage profiles through their own EPIC administration account. Eligibility, any account costs and ongoing purchasing terms depend on your situation – ask us about an account and we’ll talk you through the options.
Do you offer terms for repeat or larger orders?
Team Development is £135 + VAT (£162.00 inc VAT) per person, minimum 3, and Personal Development is £99 + VAT (£118.80 inc VAT) per person, minimum 1. If you expect to order regularly or in larger numbers, tell us what you have planned and we’ll confirm what we can offer before you commit.
Do you provide Five Behaviours certification?
No. We can help you get familiar with the model and the reports before a client session, but that isn’t a formal Five Behaviours certification or accreditation. Ask us what support would suit you.
Which profile should I use with a client?
Use Team Development when the participants form one intact team working towards shared results. Use Personal Development for cohorts, development programmes and groups whose members don’t all work in the same team. Our Team vs Personal Development comparison sets out the difference in full.
Can I share the Wiley brochures with my clients?
Yes. The Team Development and Personal Development brochures on this page are Wiley’s own public product brochures, free to download with no form to fill in, so you can pass them on to clients as they are.
