Everything DiSC profiles are personalised digital assessments — there’s nothing to post back, and no physical product to return. Because of the nature of digital content, we’re unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made and an assessment access link has been issued.
We know that’s not what anyone wants to hear without context, so this page explains exactly why, what you can do before you buy to make sure you choose the right profile, and how to get in touch with us if you’re unsure.
Our Policy in Brief
- All Everything DiSC profiles sold through BuyDISC are digital products — delivered as a personalised online assessment and PDF report.
- Once your order is confirmed and your assessment access link has been issued, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- This applies regardless of whether you have completed the assessment or downloaded your report.
- We strongly encourage you to read the product description and review a sample report for any profile before purchasing.
Why Digital Assessments Are Non-Refundable
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the UK ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content where:
- you have given your express consent for supply to begin before the cancellation period ends, and
- you have acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel once supply has begun.
By completing your purchase through our Stripe checkout, you provide this consent and acknowledgement. Your assessment access link is issued promptly after payment, at which point supply of the digital content has begun and the cancellation right no longer applies.
Everything DiSC profiles are personalised to the individual who completes the assessment. Once an access link has been issued it is tied to that person’s responses and cannot be reassigned or reused — which is why we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this point.

If you believe you purchased the wrong profile in error, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before using your assessment link. While we cannot guarantee a remedy in all circumstances, we will always look at each situation individually and do our best to help.
