What do the Team and Personal Development reports cover?
Every Five Behaviours report is built around the same model – Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results – from Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, combined with personalised insight about how you tend to show up in each area. What differs is the lens: Team Development reports the whole team's picture back to itself, while Personal Development reports on one person's transferable teamwork style.

Can I see a Five Behaviours sample report before buying?
Yes. Both sample reports are free to download from this page, with no form to fill in: the Team Development sample report and the Personal Development sample report .
Do I need to give my email address to download a sample?
No. The samples are ordinary PDF files – select a link and the report opens in a new tab, with no form to fill in.
What does a Team Development report include?
Each participant receives a personalised report showing their own DiSC® style and the styles of others in the team, how those styles affect Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results, the team’s results for each behaviour, and discussion and action-planning content for the team. The sample is 36 pages – see the Team Development page for what’s included with each order.
How long is the Personal Development report?
The Personal Development sample report is 23 pages. Its feedback is personalised using the participant’s DiSC results behind the scenes, but it doesn’t name a DiSC style. See the Personal Development page for what it covers and who it suits.
