Paul Barnard
Lead Coach & Facilitator · Co-founder, Mission Group
An award-winning executive and team coach, facilitator and board adviser with more than 20 years’ experience. As co-founder of Mission Group, Paul delivers executive coaching, keynote speaking and leadership development programmes for corporate and not-for-profit organisations across the UK and internationally.
A certified practitioner in psychometric and profiling tools, Paul coaches senior leaders on leadership, team effectiveness, executive presence and communication. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Communications and guest lectures at Leeds Business School.
He has worked with CEOs and senior executives at organisations including Boeing, the Cabinet Office, ITV, Fidelity International, Marks & Spencer, the United Nations and VMware.

VAT
All prices shown on BuyDISC are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT is charged at the standard rate and added at checkout. A VAT receipt is issued with every purchase.
Delivery
Digital delivery only — there are no physical materials. Your assessment link is sent by email after purchase. Completed profile reports are delivered as a PDF directly to your email address.
Refunds
Please contact us if you experience any issues with your purchase. As digital products, profiles are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed. Unused assessment links may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Data
Assessment data is handled by Wiley in accordance with their privacy policy. BuyDISC does not store your assessment responses. Your profile report is generated and delivered by Wiley’s platform.
