Looking for Everything DiSC® training for your team? Mission Group delivers practical, facilitated DiSC workshops for teams and organisations across the UK, in person or virtually. We combine official Everything DiSC profiles with expert facilitation to improve communication, teamwork, leadership and the way people handle difference and conflict.

Every programme is shaped around the team rather than delivered as an off-the-shelf personality session. We can run standalone DiSC training, half-day or full-day workshops, individual debriefs, or build Everything DiSC into a wider leadership or team-development programme.

What Can DiSC Training Help Your Team Achieve?

Reading a DiSC report on your own is useful. Working through the results together, with someone who knows the model well, is where teams start to change how they work. A facilitated DiSC workshop can help your team:

  • Communicate better across different working styles
  • Build a shared, non-judgemental language for talking about behaviour
  • Understand the team’s collective strengths and blind spots
  • Help managers flex their style when delegating, motivating and giving feedback
  • Collaborate more smoothly on day-to-day work and decisions
  • Recognise customer buying styles and adapt sales conversations
  • Handle tension and disagreement more productively
  • Help new or restructured teams get to know each other faster

What changes in practice depends on the team and on what happens after the session, so we agree specific objectives with you before we design anything.

DiSC Training and Workshop Formats

Most clients start with one of the formats below. Many combine two or more, for example a team workshop followed by individual debriefs for the manager.

Team workshops

A half-day (3–4 hours) to full-day session using everyone’s profiles together, or a tailored format if that suits the team better. Participants explore their own style, then see the team picture and work on how they operate together.

Leadership and management training

How a manager’s style affects communication, delegation, motivation and relationships with their team, usually using Everything DiSC Management. For senior leadership groups, Work of Leaders focuses on vision, alignment and execution.

Sales team training

Using Everything DiSC Sales to help salespeople understand their own selling style, recognise customer buying styles and adapt in real conversations, including mapping live opportunities with Customer Interaction Guides.

Communication workshops

Using DiSC as a shared framework for everyday communication: meetings, email, feedback and working across teams, with practice on the situations your people actually face.

Productive Conflict workshops

Using Everything DiSC Productive Conflict to help people understand their own response to conflict, spot destructive patterns and practise more productive ways of handling tension.

Individual profile debriefs

A 60–90 minute one-to-one conversation to help someone understand their profile, explore what it means for their role and agree a few specific things to work on. Available on its own as a one-to-one DiSC debrief.

Ongoing programmes

Multiple cohorts, wider organisational roll-outs, follow-up coaching, or Everything DiSC built into an existing leadership or team-development programme.

What Happens in an Everything DiSC Team Workshop?

The detail varies with the team and the profile you choose, but a typical workshop follows these steps:

  1. Understand the need. We talk with you about the team, what is and isn’t working, and what you want the session to achieve.
  2. Complete the profile. Participants complete the selected Everything DiSC assessment online before the workshop, so everyone arrives with their personalised report.
  3. Make sense of individual results. Each person explores their own style: their priorities, their strengths and where those strengths can be overused.
  4. See the team picture. We look at the mix of styles across the group and what it means for how the team communicates, decides and handles pressure.
  5. Apply it to real work. The team works on the priorities agreed at the start, such as meetings, leadership, conflict or customer conversations.
  6. Agree practical actions. Participants leave with specific, behavioural commitments rather than general good intentions.
  7. Follow through. Where it helps, we add comparison or group culture reports, individual debriefs, coaching or a follow-up session.

Which Everything DiSC Profile Should We Use for Training?

In-Person and Virtual DiSC Training

We deliver DiSC training across the UK, either in person at your premises or virtually by video conference. Virtual workshops suit distributed and hybrid teams, and they work well when they are designed for the format rather than squeezed into it.

For larger organisations we can run several cohorts, combine in-person and virtual groups, and keep the content consistent across teams so everyone ends up using the same DiSC language.

DiSC Training FAQs

Everything DiSC training is a facilitated session in which participants use their Everything DiSC profiles to understand their own behavioural style and other people’s, then apply that to real work such as communication, management, sales or conflict. It goes beyond reading a report on your own by adding guided discussion, team exercises and practical application. What is Everything DiSC?

Participants explore their individual results, look at the mix of styles across the team, and then apply DiSC to the priorities agreed beforehand, finishing with specific actions. The workshop steps above set out a typical structure.

A team workshop is usually half a day (3–4 hours) to a full day, and a one-to-one profile debrief typically takes 60–90 minutes. The right length depends on the group and how deep you want to go, so we design it with you.

Yes. Each participant completes the Everything DiSC assessment online beforehand so their personalised report is ready for the session. We can advise on the right profile and help you arrange the profiles for the whole group. How the assessment works.

For most team workshops it is Everything DiSC Workplace, because it covers communication and working relationships for anyone. Management suits groups of managers, Sales suits sales teams, and Productive Conflict suits teams where conflict is the main issue.

Yes. Our facilitators deliver DiSC training both in person and virtually by video conference, and online sessions can be just as engaging as in-person ones.

Yes. Management training usually uses Everything DiSC Management and focuses on delegating, motivating, developing people and adapting to each team member’s style. See Everything DiSC for managers.

Yes. Sales training uses Everything DiSC Sales to help salespeople recognise customer buying styles and adapt how they sell, with practice on real opportunities. Our guide to DiSC in sales explains the approach in more detail.

Workshop fees depend on the format, group size, number of cohorts and whether delivery is in person or virtual, so we quote each programme after a short conversation. Profiles are priced per participant, for example Everything DiSC Workplace is £60 +VAT, and a one-to-one debrief is £95 +VAT. See DiSC prices in the UK for every profile.

DiSC training is where we run a workshop for your team; DiSC certification is where you learn to deliver Everything DiSC yourself. If you want to become a practitioner, see Everything DiSC Certification.

Yes. We have experience facilitating DiSC programmes for teams of all sizes, from small leadership groups to large-scale organisational roll-outs. Get in touch and we will propose an approach that suits your scale and context.
