Most people read a DiSC profile once, nod at the bits that sound like them, and file it away. A debrief is the step that turns it into something you use.
It is a focused one-to-one conversation with an experienced executive coach — not an administrator reading your report back to you — about your results and the working life you are actually living.
What to Expect
After booking, we’ll be in touch within one working day to arrange a time that suits you. Sessions are held online by video call. Bring your report and the situations you would like to work through.

What Happens in a Debrief
Your report describes your style in general terms. A debrief is where it stops being general.
Understand your dot, not just your letter
Why you sit exactly where you do on the DiSC map, and what that means day to day — particularly if you fall between two styles and neither description quite fits.
Bring your actual situations
The colleague you keep clashing with, the meetings that drain you, the feedback you have had before and never quite understood.
Test your blind spots safely
A profile tells you how others may perceive you. A coach helps you hear that without getting defensive, and work out what to do with it.
Leave with two or three things to change
Specific and practical, not a summary of what you already read. Things you can try in your next difficult conversation.
